FutureDeluxe partnered with Samsung's Cheil agency to develop a screensaver system for the Galaxy S series — abstract, hero-grade lockscreen visuals built to define the device's identity. I contributed motion design across a library of looping, frame-perfect wallpapers exploring light, motion and material in 1:1.
Capturing the perfect design for these screensavers was an intensive process over many weeks. It required numerous artists to test, animate, and ideate against various kinds of feedback we received.
So many artists, in fact, that this was the very first (and only to date) project to make use of Forever's collective infrastructure — bringing on artists and producers from literally all over the world.
In the end, the client was exceedingly happy with the results. The wallpapers themselves went on to win a 2024 IF DESIGN AWARD and could be found on OOH campaigns all over Asia.
The screensavers can be found on products in-stores all over the world.
